Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the st999 platform. st999 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when st999's risk systems flag unusual account activity.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending successful completion of KYC. st999 aims to review submitted KYC documents within 48 business hours. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

All deposited funds must be your own. st999 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment instruments to fund an account. Using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of funds already credited to your st999 account constitutes a breach of these Terms. st999 will suspend the account immediately upon notification of any such chargeback and will pursue recovery of the disputed funds through all available legal means.
st999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin awards, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded by st999 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

In the event that a Player experiences a disconnection from the Platform during a game round, the game will be resolved according to the applicable game's rules. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, st999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
st999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability, and st999 accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, st999's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law of that jurisdiction. In all other cases, st999's aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which st999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the st999 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players are required to attempt informal resolution by submitting a written complaint to the st999 support team via the in-platform live chat or by email. st999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If informal resolution is not achieved to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under st999's international gaming licence. st999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, st999 will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
